I’ve recently bought a versa 2 off a lady and can’t get my watch to connect to my WiFi it just vibrates with a red x when I try from the app.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity.

Hi @Leanne199130 your post was moved to the Other Versa Smartwatches area of the forum for more relevant responses. Did the lady you got it from say it was recently used or did it sit in a drawer unused for a while?

Might be someone will see this post and help out. It's possible that there was a problem with the Fitbit before you got it.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Leanne199130. I´m sorry to hear you get a red x on your Versa 2 and can´t connect to the app.
Thank you for the heads up @Odyssey13,.
I found this help article that has the troubleshooting steps for the red x on the watches.
Keep on visiting the forums.
