Hi,
I have a Huawei P30 Pro and I've been trying to get notifications from apps to show up on the Versa 2 fitbit. The problem is that whenever I go on to the notifications part on my fitbit app on the phone, it says to restart the phone to enable notifications. Despite me doing this, the message keeps telling me to restart the phone. Hope someone can help me and thank you in advance for any advice 🙂

If you're getting the error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you're not getting that error message, but having issues with your notifications, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
