Versa 2 won't respond

It charges, but that is it. Screen only comes on showing the logo and then it’s black.

Hi there @CrysG, welcome on board. 

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. Let me know how it goes.

I have had the same issue. Tried everything support advised to no avail. Keep getting data not cleared try to sync. Nothing. They got me this time won’t buy another Fitbit product!
