My fitbit is exactly the same. Will not sync. Have uninstalled app. Turned phone off and on. Turned watch on and off. This hasn't synced for 2 days now. Sooo annoyed.
Best AnswerSame issue here. My phone is not showing as compatible with the Versa 2 (I have an LG Stylo 4). I tried to sync to a chromebook but found that doesn't work either. I contacted fitbit and they told me the problem is incompatibility with my phone. But for months previously it has worked just fine. All of a sudden two days ago it stopped. I also asked for a way to transfer the existing data on my watch to the computer via USB or another method -and there is none.
