Versa 2 won't sync after update

My versa 2 will not sync after I did the update. I have it fully charged, my phone is up to date, and cannot find any reason for it not to be synching. Getting really annoyed.

Was this an update to the android app version 3.37? If so, there seems to be a bug with it that Fitbit are investigating.

It was the Fitbit update itself. After I updated my Fitbit it stopped
syncing.

My fitbit is exactly the same. Will not sync. Have uninstalled app. Turned phone off and on. Turned watch on and off. This hasn't synced for 2 days now. Sooo annoyed.

Same issue here. My phone is not showing as compatible with the Versa 2 (I have an LG Stylo 4). I tried to sync to a chromebook but found that doesn't work either. I contacted fitbit and they told me the problem is incompatibility with my phone. But for months previously it has worked just fine. All of a sudden two days ago it stopped. I also asked for a way to transfer the existing data on my watch to the computer via USB or another method -and there is none.

I have a LG Q stylo+ and since the update it has not worked. It is so
annoying. Last night when I connected with customer support they synced it
for the update and now it's not working again.

It is rubbish. I had the watch for Christmas worked fantastic til , as you say, 2 days ago when updated. There is no way to undo update.
