Hi there, @Davegod. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. @SunsetRunner @Guy_ Thanks for helping out!
For the syncing issue you're experiencing, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa 2 automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
As for the Wi-Fi, please see Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?

Hello @Davegod
Have you tried restarting your router or modem? That might work. Make sure your using the most updated Fitbit App version. If it’s still not syncing try logging out of the Fitbit App then turning your Bluetooth off, restart your phone then turn your Bluetooth on again. Log back into the Fitbit App and try syncing again. If the problem continues try restarting your Versa 2. You won’t lose any data doing a restart. Just press down and hold the button on your Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the restart is complete. Now try syncing your Fitbit to the Fitbit App.
😃 Hopefully things just needed to be refreshed a bit. Please let me know if this provided you a fix and answered your syncing issue.
