@Suman-27 Thanks for the details provided in your previous post.
As I've mentioned in this post of mine, please make sure that your OnePlus 8 Pro phone meets the requirements listed here.
Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly:
- Huawei P8 Lite
- Huawei P9 Lite
- Xiaomi Mi 6
- Huawei P20 Lite
- See these additional instructions for help resolving any issues using the Fitbit app on this device.
If your phone is not on the list above and meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app, please try the steps below:
- Remove the Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
- Restart your Versa 2.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
- Set up your Versa 2.

Hi there @Suman-27, welcome to the Community Forums.
Before anything else, please note that your OnePlus 8 Pro device is not yet officially compatible with the Fitbit app which would explain the syncing difficulties you're running into. To check the list of compatible devices, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Moving on to the troubleshooting steps, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
