Versa 2 won’t sync

My versa 2 won’t sync with the app. I tried turning the Bluetooth on and off, I tried deleting the app and reloading it, I made sure it was charged, nothing works.

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
