Versa 2 won't sync

My Versa 2 is not synching with my app.  I uninstalled the app and then installed it but it didn't like the email address that I have been using the entire time.  Help!

Hi @donnell - to verify it is not a local problem, go to your online dashboard at https://www.fitbit.com/ 

It will help verify the email address and password.

My fitbit just doesn't want to stay connected to my phone. It's really annoying, I rely on that for text messages regarding my business if I don't have my phone... I wish they would fix this.

Hi @schroyer65 - may be I'm misreading your post but you must have your phone with you to get calls or text messages.
