Versa 2 won't turn on and it's stuck on Fitbit logo

After phone update my versa 2 turned off. Only shows logo. I cannot swipe up down or sideways. I uninstalled app reinstalled. Can't power it off. It won't sync. Very frustrating please help

I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out, I understand why you're feeling frustrated at this point. I'll be glad to continue assisting you. 

In addition to the steps you've tried, please try the following steps while your Versa 2 is connected to the charging cable:

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

If the above doesn't work and you don't feel any vibration while performing a restart, please try the steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once you make sure that your Versa 2 is charging, try the steps above one more time.
