Versa 2. yet another ripped off customer

Even Fitbit admits they cannot fix the Versa 2's issue of installing apps. I have jumped through all their hoops, reboots, restarts, forced stops, updates, syncing clock faces, uninstalling the app, logging out. Hours on this issue then I read right from Fitbit that they cannot fix the problem  and you just have to live with it .  If I would have known that  I wouldn't have bought the product  and upgraded from a charge 3 that had a faulty screen . From the forums  I hear they had lots of faulty screens. Can I bill these guys for my time trying to fix their problems?  anyone have any suggestions of a monitoring watch? These guys are frustrating.  I bought this thing to alleviate my stress and help my peace of mind and health.

Hi @Fatbitionic  to help you in these forums, we need more information. Which phone do you have and is it on the list of compatible devices?

As for your time being valuable, that's true, but I've never charged my doctor for making me wait or the USPS for being so slow in delivering my mail. It's just part of life.

But you do Sue that doctor for incompetence and malpractice  and misrepresenting their product line of pharmaceuticals. You guys knew you had major problems with this device.  they are the exact same issues you had with the ionic. You even admit you have no fix for this issue.

Yeah, their customer service is a freakin joke! The first time I went swimming with my “water resistant up to 50m” expensive watch, it killed the watch. I wanted them to be responsible and replace it since it doesn’t do what they claim it will! They offered me 35% off on their site, and like maybe a week to use the freakin discount! I’m like, I don’t have money to do that! I bought my first one from a store that I have a credit card for, so, I could pay it off over time. They’re jerks, the thing was only a year old! And they wouldn’t replace it! Now I’m stuck with a secondhand one that does weird things and doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. 😒🙄
