Versa 3 GPS issues

My Fitbit app constantly says it needs updated, even though I click update and will do the update for the same software it continues to show. 

Also my GPS location does not work at all for any of the exercise apps, I have tried all the troubleshoots but it still won’t work.

They were unable to assist me so I am coming to the community to see if anyone else might be able to help me. 

I’ve also discovered another issues which is unless I open up my app to sync my Fitbit the time always goes off by a few minutes.
