Hello,
My versa 3 has been nonstop rebooting itself all day, roughly every 20 minutes.
It's firmware is up to date and it's fully charged.
It is a few years old, but in perfect condition.
The clock face has been the same one for the entirety of owning it, also.
Any ideas how to fix it?
Thanks!

HI @Rad_One - even so the clock face may have been updated and have a fault, try changing to another Fitbit one.
Also try a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before doing anything with it.
There is also the possibility of a factory reset, just in case, from the watch Settings, About Versa 3 menu. There is always a risk that this may kill or cure but wait at least several minutes before doing anything after it is initiated. You will need to set the watch up again, as from new, but if it is still rebooting this might not be possible.
If all else fails probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
