So my Versa 3 battery has been draining rather quickly in the last week or so and I called Customer Service and they said that they are aware of the problem. Apparently this happened as a result of an update. They said that they are working on the problem. So far no resolution. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi there, @leelee64905. Welcome on board. Thanks for making sure you do not have the "Always-on" display enabled.
Aside from this feature, I'd like to share with you in case you're using Snore Detection that this feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
All tips and recommendations to prevent your device's battery life can be found here.
Hope that helps.

Hi there, @Mav0109. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please feel free to reach out to our Support Team once again if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the outcome of your case. Since you have reported this matter to our Support Team, please note there's nothing left we here in the community can suggest other than reaching out to our team again.
Nevertheless, I'd like to share with you in case you're using Snore Detection that this feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
Also note that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. Because you're using an Always-On Display clock face, I'd recommend changing the clock face to another one made by Fitbit and monitor your it's behavior in the next day. Additionally, try turning off this setting by opening the Settings app on your watch > Display > Always-on display.
See you around.

Yes! I turned off GPS, disconnected the voice assistant, and turned down my screen brightness and I'm barely getting 24 hours after a full charge which is annoying. I can't participate in challenges when my Fitbit has to be on the charger everyday. I'm starting to regret my Versa 3 purchase and should have stuck with my Alta HR. I was getting 8 days of use before needing a charge with that one. I hope they fix this soon.
