My versa 3 just stopped working yesterday, ive fully charged it tried the reset and absolutely nothing ?
So disappointed as on holiday at the moment and tracking my steps 😞

Versa3: Mine is doing the same thing. I can scroll in either direction but the main screen where is shows the data is blacked out. Settings or other apps won’t load. Also I on one for a fact it was working this past week but I have zero activity data up til last Wednesday… Google/FitBit needs to fix this

Hi @JamesMac34 - did you try to restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start?
Did you also try syncing and changing clock face, assuming there is a charge , to check swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and battery level is at the top.
When you place on charge it should pop up the battery level also?

I feel a little embarrassed now. So my Fitbit button wasn’t restarting it for some reason (these things can get finicky)… that said I eventually got it and boy it’s working again like nothing happened

@JamesMac34 - yes often the button isn't held long enough to restart it fully.
It can be useful to practice turning on/off the screen with the button to get the knack of using it, otherwise it can be a bit tricky.
