My versa 3 is blank black screen. I’ve done ever reset possible none works it’s quite frustrating as This is my 4the Fitbit. You would think I have learnt my lesson but I just can’t see my self consistently charging an Apple Watch. But I this point the amount of money I’ve spent on Fitbit watch that either die within the year or has n issue. I even take my watch for when I shower knowing I don’t have to. I’m just fed up.

Hi @cbrade26 - if the watch gets wet it can cause a problem, as some watch seals are not so robust and do deteriorate over time. However exhaust a non charging issue just in case that is all it is. See all instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I was sharing my experiences and in fact there hasn’t been an outcome as am still awaiting a response since it has been escalated.
I came on here to see if I can get help from others in the same situation if not yourselves. Thanks.

@cbrade26 - the forum is here for other users to help you if they can. You may just get the help you need here, even if you were in contact already with support and they couldn't.
If it's a watch fault and no longer under warranty they may propose a later model which doesn't won't have all the features you have now, so be careful how you proceed or you can still choose another brand.
Hope this is helpful.
