Hello @LidiaMS and welcome to the Community. I used to wear a Versa 3 and my husband wears a Sense. As you know, the 'button' isn't a real button. The restart is very cranky, I have needed to do it 2-3 times to hold that 'button' just right to restart a Versa 3 or Sense. Please try again.

Hi @LidiaMS - I see your issue differently. If the display is blank, double tap the screen, if that doesn't work, it may need charging.
Often the charging fails, see the guide on fixing that How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
You can also check in the Fitbit App if the watch is syncing but has no display on the watch, in some cases the display may be broken and this would help you check.
