Versa 3 controls won't pair

My Versa 3 is paired, but not Versa 3 controls. How can I get the Versa 3 controls to pair?  It keeps saying it cannot pair.

My watch will pair with my bluetooth amd my versa 3 controls will not i did all the steps as recommended with turning off and on again? Everything was working GREAT before the update and now its not so fusterating.And even looking over my shoulder for me wouldnt help this messy situation!!

Im in the same boat. Everything was working great UNTIL the update .Now my controls womt sync amd my battery only last a day and a half instead of 2-3 days! So annoying and these are not cheap.

Thanks Rich. I tried the steps as you instructed but both the phone and the versa kept searching and then after several minutes gave up. The "versa control" disappeared from the iphone's bluetooth and the versa 3 controls setting on my watch turned itself off again. I tried  again a few more times with the same outcome. Thanks, Dave

The versa controls will not search, you need to put controls into their discovery mode for the phone to find the controls. 

Make sure that the controls. Are removed from the phone. Then shut off both the phone and versa to restart the hardware

My Versa 3 controls doesn’t show up on the Bluetooth list & I have an iPhone 12. It showed up once but no longer.

That has not been my experience.  When I first set it up the versa 3 controls would connect, but after a while it stopped working.

I was having the same issue. Try restarting the Versa 3, wait 15 seconds, then trying the pairing process again. This did the trick for me, and I was about to give up and return it.

Where do I turn controls on? Can't find that on the device
