Hi there, @Harjot485. Welcome to the Community Forums.

If the steps recommended by @SunsetRunner don't work, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Restart your Versa 3 one more time.
  • Set up your Versa 3.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3 once again.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hello @Harjot485

Try restarting your Versa 3: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. You will not lose any data doing a restart. If that doesn’t help try changing the clock face: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kHyuhNFtTIk
😃I’m hoping that gives you the fix you need. Let me know how it goes
