This is my 3rd Fitbit. Was using Blaze and then Versa 2. I have been using Versa 3 since Feb,2022 and it has been the least accurate and having maximum issues.
1. Bluetooth gets disconnected repeatedly even though my phone is close by,even when I am in adjacent room.
2. GPS tracking stops and it keeps showing connecting while I am walking. Even when it does track, distance tracked is incorrect
3. Heart rate also shows incorrect many times while I am working out.
What's the point of having a fitness tracker when it is so inaccurate. Didn't expect this. I want my Versa 3 exchanged/ refund issued.

Hi there, @gargivaish. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.
Regarding the connectivity issue, may I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
On a side note, please know if you're an Android user, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
On a side note, I'd like to ask if by any chance you're an Android user? Do you also use MobileTrack? If so, please note Android users cannot have both, MobileTrack and a Fitbit device linked to their Fitbit account at the same time. With that being said, you can unpair either MobileTrack or your Fitbit device whenever you are about to use the other device, or well, you can create a separate account for each. For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?
As for the GPS, please note that if you're in a new location farther away from where you normally walk, it may take a few minutes to connect.
With that being said, I'd like to know if you've recently changed your normally location? How long do you wait for the GPS signal to connect? If you've noticed it's less than 5 minutes, please let your watch try to connect for at least 5 minutes before cancelling the exercise. Your Versa 3 will continue to try connecting and you can go about your walk.
Also, please make sure your Versa 3 meets the requirements for connecting to GPS. For more information, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
Moreover, please be advised that environmental factors, including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and thick cloud cover, can interfere with your device’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. If the signal is blocked—either because you're indoors, underground, or due to another reason—GPS won't work.
About the heart rate readings, see our troubleshooting steps in What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Thanks for replying. I am using Samsung 42, android phone. While using Versa 2 ( not working now so i cant use it) with this phone,I didn't have any issue. Issue is only with Versa 3.
I have tried everything for GPS and Bluetooth connectivity, but nothing helps.
