Versa 3 keeps flashing the Fitbit Logo

My fitbit Versa 3 continues to flash the logo on and off, tried resetting it, replaced the charger, nothing is working. Super frustrating as it is less than 6 months old!

Yah, I called customer service and they basically told me it's not fixable. But offered me 35% off a new one. Lol what a crock of **ahem**. If this is the best that fitbit has to offer I will buy a different brand of watch, and never buy a fitbit product again. They're junk!

Had similar issue yesterday. Tried to use 'Exercise', but kept reverting to 'Today'. Used Settings to shut down, couldn't start up so gave up.

Saw the instructions on this thread this morning and managed to get it going again. After the long update, it came up with the message along the lines it could not clear data start again. Ignored that and it seems to be OK.

The button needed a long press to get it to reset. Don't find the button pressing convincing giving the intermittent vibrations going on.

The department store here in the UK gives a 2 year warranty. A previous Fitbit had to go back within that period a few years back, then a Garmin gave up after 3 years. These high tech items seem to have low term life expectancy.
