Good morning.
I have a versa3 purchased 3 years ago that suddenly turned off a few days ago and has not given any more signs of life even though it was charged at 90% (this is reported in the history of the apple cell app). Put it on charge today the watch turned on showing first the logo and then the dial. The battery is zero. As soon as the display turns off the watch turns off. Removing and reconnecting the power behaves in the same way reported previously.
what to do?
thanks everyone.

Hi there, @amitrano_giulio. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not charging. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
Also, please know that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
If your Versa 3 is still not charging, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

thanks for the reply.
I'm updating you because I put it back on charge after several days and the battery symbol appeared intermittently on the display with a percentage of zero. in the morning the watch started working but then it turned off mid-morning presenting the same charging problems reported in the previous post.
I think it is necessary to replace the battery. is this possible?
I await feedback.
best regards.
giulio.
