Hi Community,

My Versa 3 used to show my current heart rate in my FitBit app on my iPhone Xs. It just stopped doing so a day or two ago.

Does anyone know if something has changed?

Hi @Ambu - it would seem it has stopped syncing properly.

As a first step logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and restart the phone and watch.

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Hi @Guy_ - yes, killing the Fitbit App and restarting it seemed to work for me.
