Versa 3 not swiping up

I have had my versa 3 for a month and it has been fine. It has stopped swiping up so the stats are not there. I have changed the clock as I have read this might help but it hasn’t. Any ideas please?

@NKG7   I suspect you restarted your Versa 3 to fix it.  This happened to me three or four times since owning my Versa 3.

I found a post that said to go into settings and press shutdown, wait 10 seconds then put it on charge, it worked!
