Versa 3 not tracking data

my versa3 real problems.... no sleep score/ no stress score/ no breathing rate score/ no step score ..... support sends cut and paste responses! In a frustrating loop! Gone thru numerous resets, download refreshes but nothing changes! Since google took over  unnecessary data presentation changes! Possibly time to move to Apple?

I appreciate your post letting us know this situation in regards with the data tracking of your Versa 3.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again.

The solution repeatedly does not work …..either software corrupted or hardware failure. 

My last exchange unaccountably aborted by said “support” team
