Versa 3 stopped getting notifications

Hello! 

My Versa 3 stopped getting any notifications this week. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling it, I’ve made sure all the settings and permissions are correct and still not notifications. I have an iPhone 11. Help!

Hi @Hdrose1 - on the off chance did you swipe the watch to the right to get to Quick Settings and check that both sleep and do not disturb are disabled?

Yes, I did. Both settings disabled and still no notifications.

@Hdrose1  - did you also logout of the Fitbit App and restart both the watch and phone to ensure they are syncing well?

Thank you!! Turns put the show system notifications under Bluetooth was not selected. That fixed the issue.
