Versa 3 stopped receiving notifications and weather app won't update

Unable to update my weather after following all the trouble shooting steps. Not receiving any notifications of my text and wats app messages

Hi there, @Nickynong. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Please note that in order to receive notifications and the weather app to be updated, your Versa 3 must be syncing. If by any chance you're having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If your Versa 3 is syncing, but the two issues you described still persist, please see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

As for the weather app, please check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.
