I encountered the problem with my Versa 3 not syncing after an update on my Fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy 21 Android phone. After uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on my Android phone, and force stopping the Fitbit app on the app settings on my Android phone, turning Bluetooth off and on; I finally had to delete my Versa 3 from the Fitbit app and start all over as though I had just received my Versa 3 and was a new beginner. I've had it since March 5 this year, almost 6 months. I really missed my Versa 3 not syncing and therefore was unusable for a full day while I puzzled over this.
