Versa 3 stuck on "Set up your Wallet"

The button on my Fitbit hasn’t been working for about a month. Now I can’t get it off the screen that says set up wallet 

 

Help! I’ve tried to restart it and can’t get it to work.

Hi there, @Emanning03. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Usually that screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Versa 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.

Additionally, please keep in mind that you can replace the Wallet App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Versa 3 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.

As for the button not working, please try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
