Hi, @JayJaycat welcome to the community, I'm going to move your post to the Versa 3 board, in the meantime restart your Versa 3 Fitbit Versa 3 – How to Turn Off (and On) - YouTube (I'm not familiar with the Versa 3, there may well be a briefer restart process - sync your device before restarting) Time locking is most often down to a failure to sync How do Fitbit devices sync their data? - Fitbit Help Center provides guidance and advice. A further step that might help will be to change the clock face through the Fitbit app on your phone.
I hope this helps, I'm confident other community members familiar with the Versa 3 will be happy to assist further.
Cheers

Hi @JayJaycat - just in case, double tap the watch to wake it then swipe the face right if you can to get to Quick Settings and make sure you have the correct options.
Turn off Sleep and Always On and turn on wrist wake.
Restarting by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start may otherwise resolve but it won't change the Quick Settings if they are causing an issue.
