I think my Versa 3 has given up. It’s been unpairing constantly for weeks. I’m having to pair it with my iPhone several times a day. Now it’s on the setup page, and even though the Bluetooth settings on my phone say it’s connected, in the app it says it’s not. It also won’t charge. It’s been hit and miss with charging for a while but now it won’t charge at all. It’s been on the charger for an hour and the battery has gone from 56% to 53% in that time. Over the last few weeks I’ve restarted my phone, restarted the Fitbit, restored factory settings on the Fitbit, deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it again. Is there anything I haven’t tried?

Hi @Mouse_House - the first problem is it is not charging properly, see instructions for this in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Once you factory reset the watch, remove the Bluetooth entries from your phone and in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace, this will setup the watch again and install it in the App and create new Bluetooth entries. Make sure you set the Notifications up again.

I agree with @Guy_, this issue comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed (or making sure you've done them as instructed):
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Regarding the battery issue, please check @Guy_'s post or see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Ah, one of the pins on the charger isn’t sticking out at all! Explains why it won’t charge. I can’t do any of the other steps because it’s now fully out of battery, but thanks for your help.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I can’t try any of that because the battery is now completely flat and it won’t charge. I’ve clicked the link about charging issues and followed the steps. The bottom left pin on the charger isn’t sticking out at all.

@Mouse_House- the cable needs replacing as described in the article I posted. Nothing else can be done till you get a new cable.
