When I swipe up from clock face. My widgets are no longer visable. I can tap the blank screen and the daily info on the widget comes up. It is not in sleep mode.  Started yesterday afternoon

Hello @Vistancia13 and welcome to the Help forum.  This same thing happened to me twice!  Restart your Versa 3. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears.

It's not fixing things for me.  I hold the button, the screen goes blank, and nothing else happens.

Hello @stubhill and welcome to the Help forum.  To me, the haptic button is difficult to use for the restart sequence.  It doesn't help me that there are other functions tied to the button.  I don't use the voice assistant, so when I press and hold, the first thing I see is the Set Up Voice Assistant option.  I need to keep holding the button to get past this and activate the restart.  If the screen goes blank, and I feel other vibrations, it seems like the restart has failed.  I need to try again.  I needed to restart my Versa 3 last week because the Exercise App was crashing.  I had to go through the steps FIVE times in order to restart.  Devices with real buttons seem so much easier to restart.

I finally got it to work. My battery was at 15% and I recharged
the battery and things worked.

My widgets disappeared for the fourth time today.  The restart fixed it again.  @LiliyaFitbit, could you please pass on to the engineers that this is an ongoing problem with this device?

This has been happening since I got my Versa 3 about 6 months ago.  I contacted Fitbit because it was still under warranty.  They said that it shouldn't be happening & replaced my Versa 3.  It still happens  -- what a pain in the a**!! It happens to me at least once a week with the latest being a few hours ago.  I put it on this morning & lo & behold the 'swipe up'  didn't work.  I have found that the least painless option is to do a restart.  Just make sure that you have sync'd your fitbit with your account first.
