I am having issues connectin gmy new versa 3 to snapchat to use the bitmoji clock face. I do all the steps and when I am prompted to continue back to fitbit after giving snapchat the permissions, it still appears as ‘connect’ in the settings of the clock face. I check on snapchat and the permissions are granted to the fitbit app. Please help

As a new device the Versa 3 might need to be updated. The latest firmware version is 36.128.5.49. You can check the one installed on your phone in the Fitbit app.
Please tapp on your profile picture>Versa 3. Below the title you'll see the firmware version.
You'll receive a banner in the app when the firmware is ready to be downloaded and installed.

Hi, I have the same issue. Every time click to connect, the Snapchat page showed something went wrong. Can you help?

I had the same issues with both Snapchat/Bitmoji & Spotify permissions. After reading several community chats plus verifying all app firmware versions, I tried copying the URL of the page prompting permissions and pasted into Google Chrome browser versus using my default browser (mine is Edge). Then continued through and this resolved it for both! I no longer see the 'connect in fitbit settings' message. Hope this helps.
