My Versa 3 won’t charge and Support is no help. I’ve cleaned the watch and charger and used different USBs.
Any suggestions?

This is so disappointing, I’ve had the Fitbit since last June; and that’s it. No support, no solutions.

Hi @Zldn - the fault can be with the charge cable so follow the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
