Versa 3 does not sync on mobile. Tried all the steps in the troubleshoot, but still see it's not connected. Please advise what to do next.
Update: P.s. all was ok, buy 28 days ago it stopped connecting and nothing helped from the troubleshoot.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
If you haven't done so, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.

So try the reset of watch and phone which is what all the help answers seem to say.....but if and when that doesn't work (like happened for me)
ON you PHONE:
1) open Fitbit app
2) tap your photo to open your account
3) tap your fitbit device (mine was Versa 3)
4) tap notifications
5) tap App Notifications
6) select the check boxes for apps you want to signal your fitbit device
Mine now syncs regularly.
