I've been trying for weeks to update firmware.  Access to wifi is available, but update keeps failing.  Message given:  unable to access wifi.  I'm using an iPhone11

If you haven't done so yet, I suggest following the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Hi @tchrkitty - unless you have a problem you know is fixed by the update, don't do the update, one less thing to resolve!

And check the forums for problems that people have found after doing the update.
