I had a Versa3 before and got problem when tried to rest to factory settings.
I bought a new Versa3.
No problem to set up the new Versa3 in the app.
Then i was asked to update my Versa3.
I started to update.
After a while the app status was saying 5% and then 10%, but then nothing happened.

Then i got "looking for your Versa3".
After an hour i closed the app and start it again.
I get a message "You have an update for your Versa3".

I started update abd got a page
"Updating your Versa3".
Nothing more happen and now i have waited an hour.
When i look in my phone i see that my Versa3 is connected in the Bluetooth screen.

In my Versa3 there is only a fitbit logo where the dots are changing.
What to do now?

I tried one more time to configure and update my Versa3.
Now it seems to work fine.
It take time but don't stop at 10%

The difference now is that i have my phone and Versa3 very close..
So now i don't have any problem

Did it update to 100%? If by any chance did keep having issues after your post, please see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
