Earlier today my watch was at 98% charge and perfectly normal. Then a few hours later I lifted my wrist to check the time and it was completely dead. The screen is black. The button does not respond to anything. There was a vibration but now nothing. It won’t charge. It’s just completely unresponsive. This watch is less than 6 months old! Help.

Same thing just happened to me today. Mine is less than 6 months old as well. Any suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi all, this can happen if the watch got wet, it may even get hot when changing and if so stop immediately. It confirms internal damage.
In case it simply needs charging follow the instructions in this article How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If it's not a charging problem chat with support as described.
If the watch is found faulty the quickest resolution is to take it back where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter.
