My Versa that I’ve had since December 2018 has worked great until this past week when the battery goes from 100% to 0% in an hour or 2. I have cleaned the sensors, done the restart 4-5 times, left it on charger for 4+ hours and none of these things have helped. I am so disappointed as I have loved my Versa especially for exercise tracking as well as helping in my weight loss goals. Does anyone have any additional suggestions? Seems like 6 months is a short life span for an expensive piece of equipment!

I am having the same issue with my Versa battery draining quickly. The problem started around July 5th. I'm hoping it's a bug that can be fixed. I find it strange that everyone is experiencing the same issues at the same time.

Apple Watch charge period is even less and it won’t record your sleep. I’d just hang up and email them. They seem to be fastest that way.

Update: after being on hold for 45 minutes, I got through to someone and thankfully because my Versa is still under warranty, they’ll be sending me a new one.
