After spending an hour with Customer Support troubleshooting (device not syncing and stair count is way off), they told me to do a factory reset. The Versa is asking me to download the Fitbit app which is already on my phone. I can't do anything with the phone...keeps scrolling through different languages. This device is a huge disappointment!

Hi @lamaz, I've never tried this, but I heard that you can do a Factory Reset by pressing all three buttons at the same time. You could try that, or you could try doing a soft reset by pressing the left and bottom right buttons at the same time. The only issue with the factory reset is that you will lose all your progress that isn't synced to your phone.

I just spent time with support and could not factory reset my Versa (my watch is asking for my phone to unlock it and won't let me access any apps or the Fitbit app on my phone. Support looking at warranty for a Versa I purchased end December. I will advise what they say as there are possibly many users out there who cannot factory reset their phones. I still think the Versa is a great product, I just question the design (strap) and testing/software (cannot factory reset).

I have tried your suggestion many times and i get no vibration or reset. Ive reinstalled the app and cannot get the 4 digit code as my watch says unlock with phone.

Do you have the contact number for support in Australia? Ive emailed them but dont want to wait days. Ive tried different techniques with the buttons but nothing works.

Hi
Fitbit support have agreed to replace my Versa because I too could not get
the vibration or enter in a new code to re-sync.

I didnt either. I was lucky to have bought mine from JB HIFI who exchanged mine for free. Fitbit themselves were no help.

No i had JB HIFI replace mine. All suggestions here did not work.
