Versa Heart Rate Stopped Working

Hey Guys, been having issues with my versa heart rate sensor not working - i have tried endless with the reboot and switch on and off the sensor - and it does not work. i am out of warranty - is there anyway i can get it repaired?

@Kerry1985 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your Versa heart rate sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue.The only thing I could add is that you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it again. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

now my device is not switching on and is getting extremely hot when its
charging.
