Versa Lite - Touch screen not responding

My versa lite is facing a weird issue.

The touch screen is sporadic in functioning. After the display turns on sometimes the touch does not respond at all. (Around 50%). However, when it does respond it works perfectly till the display is turned off.

I have tried factory reset. That did not work.

Please advise. I cannot use my device with this bug.

I am having the same problem,  it wont swipe & I seem to be charging it more often. I only bought it on January.

I discovered this evening that if I take my watch off and hold my finger on the green light at the back in just the right way the screen will work and swipe. 

It wont work when my finger is off it or when it is on my wrist. It's still reading by heart rate, steps and sleep though.

I went into settings on my phone last night & cleared the cashe.
It worked but again wont work this morning. Its hit & miss with it 😞
