I have had my fitbit Versa lite for a few months and all of a sudden it is displaying the wrong time and won't connect to my phones Bluetooth??? Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you're having syncing difficulties with your Versa Lite, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your phone that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I’m having a similar issue and have done all I can, and my phone still can’t find my watch. Since I did a factory reset on the watch, I can’t do much else.

Same thing here. I have done all the steps and it still won't connect. I can't get it to sync at all. So frustrating!!
