Versa Lite face fell off

To whom this may concern my husbands fit bit versa light . Is 2 years old he is very easy on his stuff on the other day the face fell off his watch . Watch still seems to work but he is going to lose the face off of it . He loves his Fitbit. His 40th birthday is in March. I can’t afford another. Is there any warranty or discount to purchase another ? Thanks in Advance

Hi @April1984  - check the forums for other cases of this.

If it's still under warranty ( 1 or 2 years depending on local laws) take it back to the place for replacement. 

If not contact Fitbit support first for what they offer, and compare with what you can get elsewhere as the older range is heavily discounted, if available at all.

The same model may not be available so the nearest model would be a Versa 2.

However it is possible to glue the face back and there were some posts as to what glue to get. It may still work but can't get wet.
