Versa Lite gone blank - Replacement process

i have had Fitbit versa lite coming up to a year it’s been working great until about 2 weeks ago ! The screen has gone ! Stil picks my sleep step and heart and activity! I have been in touch 3 times and heard nothing from the Fitbit agents I have filled a form for a replacement but nothing I’m now be in my 3 week waiting 

please help !

Well I have to say Fitbit has best customer ever ! I have been a fitbiter for the last 4 years ! It’s helped me during my 2 brain tumour surgery got up and going 😀

The versa 2 pebble is on its way 

so I can get back in to wearing the watch without worry ! 
I have always said best customer service is Fitbit you don’t get this service face to face 😀

I’m still waiting for my notifications for my versa so now I’m 7 days in 

U.K. customer service and no one can tell me when my placement is coming 

dhl is delivering my no versa  Peeble but when I I check on dhl my order can’t be found . 
Please help jindi

i am on my third replacement (since 09/2019) and was told today, that i need to contact customer service to check in on why the device did not update and sync to my phone, i feel your frustration and disappointment
