@Natalielou1990 Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and already troubleshooting your watch.

Note that the time on your watch may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa Lite is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @holligd. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I've seen that you tried reaching out to our Support Team after posting here, but your chat got disconnected. If you still need help, please follow @Konsta_'s advice.

Keep in mind that your Versa Lite may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

My time is still incorrect despite syncing, resetting, unpairing and everything in between! How else could it be resolved?
