Versa Lite no longer getting notifications

It has been a week and I have not been getting any calls or text notifications - I has unpaired and repaired - its syncing but no notifications inckuding the test call notification

Let me help you with your Versa lite not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I got the text notifications to work after going to Notifications and switching Show Previews to Always. Hope this helps!
