Versa Lite (1 yr old) is tracking heart rate but not tracking exercise. I have to manually input it each time and it’s not linking the heart rate during that time to the exercise.
I’ve checked for updates, turned off Bluetooth on phone, turned off Fitbit, turned it all back on again and synced etc etc but no change.
Any ideas?

@MJW14 A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your exercise detection on your Versa lite and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. What type exercise are you tracker and for how long do you do this exercise? Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. If your heart rate is high but there isn't much motion (yoga, weight lifting, etc.) then these activities will be difficult to be detected by your device. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account or use the activity mode on the device itself.
Let me know how it goes.

I’ve manually entered my exercise for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday this week yet my app only shows 2 days of exercise. Any idea why?

Walking is the only activity the Versa reliably picks up, with HR and calorie data. Every other Exercise activity I have to manually enter - although the step count works and the HR is detected it’s not showing up in the exercise part, nor is calorie burn. It says ‘not enough data’ but there is data!

Were you able to figure out how to fix it?
