I am so disappointed with my Fitbit versa lite. I like the design/appearance of the watch and the watch is easy to navigate, but that is the end of my positive feedback. My Fitbit app constantly tells me to restart my phone to enable notifications (which hasn't worked). So, my watch does not connect to my app, does not connect to my Bluetooth, does not show texts or calls, and does not allow me to control my music. It doesn't do any of the things I bought it for. I'm wishing I never spent money on it. I want it to work because I want to like it, but I have tried everything and nothing makes it work.

@EmilyLamb, I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for letting me know the information requested previously and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Since you mentioned that you have a TMobile Revvl2 phone, I'm afraid that this model is not in the Supported devices list. This may be the reason why the notifications feature is not working.
However, you can submit a compatibility request of this device in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes this idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with this.
I'll be around if any question arises.
