Woke up this morning and screen has lines going down it and also the lights on back not flashing

It would be a good idea to charge it and if you can, restart the watch
Press and hold the back button for up to 10 seconds until it vibrates or you see the Fitbit logo on the screen then release the button. |
if the problem persists probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Thank you for your reply it is fully charged and I have trued to reset it there's no power at all now 😒

If its not responding to the button, how fo you know its fully charged and not fully flat?
Can you check the watch seated in the charger properly and the the USB supply is working for your phone?
If its completely dead then contact support.
